People with fibromyalgia who suffer from generalised pains and chronic fatigue give up sport and increased physical activity in fear of escalation of ailments, limiting themselves to pharmacological therapy or psychotherapy. Meanwhile, properly selected kinesitherapeutic training can significantly improve the quality of life of people with fibromyalgia.
