Holter monitoring showed frequent premature ventricular beats and echocardiogram revealed dilated and dysfunctional right ventricle with normal tricuspid valve and no evidence of intracardiac shunt. Cardiac magnetic resonance showed classical features of ARVC with both ventricular involvements.
