Description
Summary:Chronic nephrotoxicity of calcineurin inhibitors (CNI-nephrotoxicity) is one of the most common causes of kidney graft dysfunction requiring correction of maintenance immunosuppressive therapy. The aim of the study was to compare the efficacy and safety of the two possible approaches to dose adjustment of cyclosporine in patients with dysfunction of the transplanted kidney due to CNI-nephrotoxicity. It was established that the main cause of the abolition of Everolimus was proteinuria of nephrotic levels, developed in 19% of patients.
