Cilj ovog rada bio je isptivanje uticaja egzogeno aplikovanog agmatina na parametre nitrozativnog i oksidativnog stresa u velikom mozgu i cerebelumu pacova u akutnoj fazi eksperimentalnog autoimunog encefalomijelitisa (EAE), eksperimentalnog modela MS.
