Description
Summary:Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a common neuropsychological disorder occurring in 5-8% of school-aged children. In case of late diagnosis and lack of correction, this condition may lead to intra-family problems and formation of antisocial behavior, which largely determines the relevance of the research into ADHD. The main clinical manifestations of ADHD include attention deficit, hyperactivity and impulsivity, as well as symptoms of staticolocomotory deficiency. The pathogenesis, diagnosis, and treatment of ADHD are discussed.
