On the fourth recurrence, the patient underwent orthotopic heart transplant. The patient tolerated the procedure well and is alive 6 months after the procedure with NYHA class I. We reviewed evidences and summarized reported cases of orthotopic heart transplant operation for primary cardiac tumor in the literature.http://dx.doi.org/10.1155/2018/2456949
