Description
Summary:The review presents the results of meta-analyzes and systematic reviews on the impact of treatment adherence to quality of life, rehospitalization and mortality rates in patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction. Attention is paid to the physicians’ adherence to current clinical guidelines. The modern capabilities of home telemonitoring programs to ensure the continuity of care for heart failure patients and their impact on patient compliance with the physicians’ recommendations are considered. We analyzed the factors of reducing compliance of heart failure patients and approaches aimed at increasing it, associated with a more favorable clinical course of heart failure, a decrease in the hospitalization frequency and mortality rates.
