The follow-up time was 12 months. The changes of UCVA, BCVA, and astigmatism values were used as indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment. The diopter changes of the affected eye at different periods after surgery and the changes in the rotation angle of the intraocular lens axis at different periods after surgery were used as indicators to determine the stability of surgical treatment. Results: The UCVA and BCVA of the affected eyes after operation were significantly higher than those before operation (P <0.05). Compared with pre-operation, the diopter of the affected eyes was significantly reduced after operation (P <0.05); Based on the axial position of the intraocular lens on the first day after surgery, the degree of rotation of the intraocular lens implanted in the affected eyes was significantly reduced (P <0.05); Compared with pre-operation, there was no statistically significant difference in corneal endothelial cell count, intraocular pressure, and arch height after operation. Conclusion: Patients with high myopia and corneal astigmatism received TICL implantation after correction treatment, visual acuity was significantly improved, visual quality was significantly improved, with good postoperative stability, which had good clinical promotion value.http://www.hnykdxxb.com/PDF/202023/05.pdfhigh myopiacorneal astigmatismticl implantation
