Based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), this paper establishes the evaluation index system of urban traffic improvement by comparing the importance of indexing by experts. It is found that improvement of road network, optimization of public traffic and improvement of intersection are the most important in urban traffic improvement. the intersection of the most important level of service.
