Svirkohttps://orcid.org/0000-0001-9157-4672The article is devoted to the identification of the essence of the concept of «property status of the enterprise» and substantiation of organizational aspects and methodological tools for its evaluation. It has been found that the economic literature deals with different approaches both to the definition of the concept of «property status» and to the methods of its evaluation. Based on the study of existing approaches, it is proposed to define the property status of the enterprise as one of the key characteristics of the financial condition of the business entity, reflecting the location, composition, structure, dynamics and condition of property (assets) and capital (liabilities) of the enterprise, and changes with time due to the influence of internal and external factors. It is established that the technology of organization of the process of property valuation of business entities involves the selection and consistent implementation of its main stages. Taking into consideration the above mentioned facts, the article substantiates the algorithm of the standard procedure for assessing the property status of the enterprise based on the implementation of successive stages: organizational and preparatory, basic (analytical) and final. The author presents the list of analytical works inherent in each of the stages, the consistent implementation of which will create an information resource (effective information), namely a set of qualitative and quantitative indicators that characterize the property status of the business entity. One of the most important issues in the evaluation process is the substantiation of methodological tools for analyzing the property of the enterprise and the sources of its formation (capital). Generalization of scientists’ approaches to the methodology of property valuation of business entities allowed to identify separate areas and substantiate the relevant methodological methods and techniques, the comprehensive use of which will create quality and objective information support for making well-grounded management decisions to identify reserves and improve financial and property state of the enterprise.http://ema.ztu.edu.ua/article/view/228952state property of the enterpriseevaluationpropertycapitalmethods and techniques of analysis
