| Summary: | In this study, the internal reproductive organs of Grapholita molesta males and females are described, illustrated and measured, considering virgin individuals of one and eight days of age and mated individuals of eight days. In females, the ovaries, lateral oviducts, common oviduct, bursa copulatrix and seminal receptacle were evaluated. The most evident alterations were observed in the ovaries, which were significantly larger in eight-day-old virgin females, and also in the bursa copulatrix of mated specimens. In males, we observed one pair of fused testes, paired vas deferens, seminal vesicles, duplex ejaculatory ducts and glands, and simplex ejaculatory duct and aedeagus. The testis of eight-day-old specimens, both virgin and mated, were significantly smaller than they were in one-day-old virgin males.
