Methods: The guide was evaluated by expert criteria, 90 professionals with experience in the primary and secondary health levels distributed in three groups. Results: the central tendency measures related to the evaluation of the quality by indicator, presented values with tendency towards the maximum qualification. Measures of dispersion by indicators did not show any significant differences. 100% of the experts considered the proposal to be relevant and 95.6% with implementation possibilities.
