Much attention has been given to this matter in scientific literature since the leadership style in an organization is directly related to the structure, strategy, management and other relationships in the organization. This research aims to determine which leadership style can be found in sport organizations in Montenegro, and which organizational culture comes from it. The goal is to recognize and determine a satisfactory leadership style that will improve the quality of sports organizations in Montenegro. For the needs of this research, a questionnaire has been developed, adapted to the Leadership Network as well as to the Test for Diagnosing Organizational Culture. The data were collected using a questionnaire for 300 respondents that are active members of sport organizations.
