Summary:We present a new approach to measurement of psychological safety and quality of educational services in modern context. In the described study, the participants were: 561 parents, 582 students, 213 teachers, and 34 administration workers. Our research tools included authors’ techniques to measure safety and quality of educational environment, tested multiply in educational institutions of various types. The hypothesis of informative relationship between security settings of the educational environment and quality of educational services was confirmed at tendency level that led us to conclusions about possible actions of educational institutions in the context of implementing the new educational standards. The significance of our study is determined by our approach to diagnostics of students’ universal learning activities, unveiled connections of their communication level and the system of relations between subjects of the educational environment, their interaction, and coordination of objectives and expectations.
