However، sexual dysfunction in women is associated with cognitive beliefs. Given the importance of women's attitudes toward menopause in mental health، their physical and sexual. A study to investigate the relationship between sexual performance and attitude toward menopause in postmenopausal women referred to health centers was Torbat Heydariyeh. Methods: This study was a cross-sectional study that 200 women referred to health centers were chosen by available sampling. Data collection tools were Inventory demographic information، sexual function (FSFI) and the attitude about menopause or neugarten. Data were analyzed in SPSS18 by using descriptive tests (such as mean، standard deviation، frequency) and analytical test (Chi square) at the 0.05 significance level.  Results: The results showed that only (27.5%) of the subjects، had a satisfactory sexual performance and attitudes of 129 patients (64%) of women about menopause was negative. But no significant relationship was shown between sexual performance and attitude toward menopause. (P=0.0 7).  Conclusion: Based on the results، a large number of women's attitudes toward menopause was low and negative. And most postmenopausal women in terms of sexual function were impaired. So planning efficient training to change the attitude of women snd raise the level of health and quality of life is required
