Summary:The features of person’s creative activity as powerful energy source are considered for economy development. The concentration of philosophy of economy is shown exactly on opening context forming valued options and personalities’ moral principles that show up in his or her entrepreneurial behavior. It is described, that into place of values, as send activity of person to service to the superpersonal interests, for repressing part of enterprise elite pragmatic whole services are put only to own mercantile interests and satisfaction of private desires. It is exposed, that an economic elite is oriented mainly on a lifestyle and western society’s values.The difference is shown between creative activity and creativity of person according to such citeria as result in realization of different level aims. Importance and necessity exactly of spiritual motivation of entrepreneurs are investigated for the decision of both economic and social tasks, that improve and promote the morally-valued reference-points in society, assist to innovative development of economy. It is proved that there is a need in clear explanation to both business and society of motivation features of people’s creative activity in our state, argumentations of its importance for solving a deep financial crisis and not simple political situation.
