The paper highlights the issue of sexual crime in the Slovak and Czech Republic. Also selected activities related to prophylactic and therapeutic initiatives undertaken in the above–mentioned countries towards victims and offenders of sexual crimes are discussed. The text was created on the basis of the Slovak and Czech subject literature.
