The guarantor of the reliability of each blog, as in the case with traditional sources, should be its reputation, which is the key to its popularity. After all, blogs are an interactive phenomenon, and feedback will quickly let the authors feel the mood of the public and the direction of the prevailing trends. But traditional journalists, it seems, are not threatened with retirement, because many of them have their own blogs. In this light, it would probably be wrong to consider the veracity of blogs in isolation from the general context of the media. |
