In contrast to that, a frequent occurrence is the incidence of aggressive behavior within the organization system, motivated by the need to impose power. Individuals who refuse to comply with such a model of managing others, become themselves the victims and subjects to actions aimed at their social isolation. This paper aspires to identify the reason why majority of employees tends to accept the imposed subordinating position at the working place without complaint.
