Description
Summary:If a lot of research work show that associations tend to become more professional, a tendency towards volunteer work is noticeable as well. With regard to current evolutions which restructure in depth the associative sector, we can therefore wonder if this more professional and knowledgeable type of volunteer work does not tend to replace the traditional and amateur one. The multiplication of frameworks and media listing competences which acquire or have to acquire the volunteers in the daily management of their associations shows the significant character of these transformations. The objective of our article is to clarify the process of professionalization of the volunteers under the prism of the competences and frameworks. And also to question the evolution of the associative project.
