INCREASED EVIDENTIARY STRENGTH TO NOTARIALLY CERTIFIED FACTS
The article examines the results of the reform of the law in terms of giving a notarized fact of increased evidentiary force under Part 5 of Art. 61 СPC. The author comes to the disappointing conclusion that the courts ignore these innovations.
