The synthetic jet was tested for the Reynolds number in the range of 2300 < <i>Re</i> < 19,500, and the Stokes number in the range of 46 < <i>S</i> < 62. The confinement plate decreased the velocity of synthetic jet depending on the actuator supply power even around 5%.
