Initial Audit, 2. Planning, 3. Risks Identification and Evaluation, 4. Comprehensive Risk Monitoring System. The objective of this study was to integrate management systems with the use of a computing tool, the computerized system was implemented in three large organizations as an experimental pilot project with a duration of 4 months, with which personnel previously assigned to these processes decreased by 70%, compliance with technical legal requirements improved by 35%; this allows to conclude that being a user-friendly technological tool, it was possible to integrate all the management systems and allowed to optimize existing resources in the organizations.https://revistas.usantotomas.edu.co/index.php/signos/article/view/4673sistemas integrados de gestióncalidadambienteseguridad y saludseguridad físicaadministración del riesgo
