Radio frequency identification (RFID) is one of the widely used technology that belong to IoT family. This paper will introduce a concept model which is performed in Saudi Arabia, and it can be applied in another country as well. Country’s specific requirements regarding legal issues and the use of IoT applications and technologies are taken into consideration, too.
