Methods: A total of 112 cases of patients with stable COPD were enrolled for study, and according to different treatment methods, all included patients were divided into observation group 56 cases and control group 56 cases. Control group received conventional Western medicine treatment, observation group received additional Pingchuan Guben decoction treatment, and then serum inflammation-related factor and protease levels, illnessrelated factor levels as well as induced sputum Keap1-Nrf2-ARE signaling pathway-related protein expression levels were compared between two groups. Results: SP-D, PCT, SAA, NF-kB, sTREM-1 and IP-10 values in serum of observation group after treatment were lower than those of control group; NE, SLPI and TIMP-1 levels in serum of observation group after treatment were lower than those of control group, and α1-AT level was higher than that of control group; RDW, FeNO and FIB values of observation group after treatment were lower than those of control group, and Treg cell and PA values were higher than those of control group; Keap1, Nrf2 and ARE protein expression levels in induced sputum of observation group after 1 and 2 courses of treatment were higher than those of control group. Conclusion: Pingchuan Guben decoction treatment for patients with stable COPD can reduce systemic inflammatory response and enhance anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory function, and it has active clinical significance. http://www.hnykdxxb.com/PDF/201610/10.pdfCOPDPingchuan Guben decoctionInflammatory factorsKeap1-Nrf2-ARE pathway |
