The starting point is to consider the different versions of the Educational Project that have preceded the new proposal, lack the continuity and concrete definition of the categories that make it up and the basic elements for practical operationalization during the management process, likewise They have not favored the realization of a comprehensive development plan that goes beyond and across borders of individual academic positions of institutional managers.
