Considering the effects of exercise on neuromuscular system, the present study aimed to investigate the effects of 6 weeks of endurance training on JIP3 gene expression in soleus muscle of male Wistar rats. Material & Methods: Ten Wistar male rats were randomly assigned in two groups: trained and control. Endurance training protocol was performed for 6 weeks. Forty eight hours after final training session, the rats were dissected, and soleus muscle was removed. JIP3 gene expression was performed through Real Time PCR method. Results: Endurance training increased JIP3 gene expression significantly compared to the control group. Conclusion: It appears that a period of endurance training increases intramuscular gene expression of JIP3 through this can lead to a better consistency and functionality in the muscles.http://journal.fums.ac.ir/browse.php?a_code=A-10-866-3&slc_lang=en&sid=1Gene Expression Endurance Training JIP3 |
