| Summary: | Russia has gigantic territories that provide access to huge resources, but also require large expenditures for monitoring and maintaining the infrastructure in an appropriate state. The article discusses the possibilities of increasing the production efficiency of enterprises operating in remote areas with poorly developed infrastructure. To do this, it is proposed to consider the educational context, since for the growth of efficiency it is necessary to provide production processes with qualified personnel. It is proposed to pay attention not only to professional, but to psychological and pedagogical factors for preparing people for work at remote sites. The article also considers the possibilities of attracting migrants to work, given the growth of migration inflows. Attracting migrants to remote territories will help not only increase production, but also reduce social tension in society. In the future, it is planned to build a model for improving efficiency based on changes in individual factors.
