Summary:In the recent years it found that more women have leadership positions at all hierarchical levels. Although, for a long time, it was disputed the discrimination against women in leadership position, following a study, done in the public system of Arges County, resulted a growing percentage. The research methods used are following: observation and document analysis and quantitative research based on the questionnaire. The research question: Are the women more involved than men? The research hypothesis: Women are more effective than men. The research purpose: Promoting women's qualities as leader.
