The subject of the motor skills research were: coordination,flexibilityand balance.After the initial measurements , the twelve hoursexperimental treatmant filled with rhythmic gymnastics content wascarried out, and after that the final measurement was carried out too, and the effects of experimental programme to the transformation ofinvestigated motor skills were analised. The final results show thatthere is a significant influence of applied rhythmic gymnasticscontent on transformation of trained motor skills.
