Under the impression of Adrenal Pheochromocytoma, tumor was excised laparoscopically without any untoward event. And to our surprise Adrenal Ganglioneuroma was detected in biopsy. Hence,Ganglioneuromas should be considered as a differential for a functional or symptomatic adrenal mass.
