In this paper, the studies relating to the graphite target preparation by Zn-TiH2 method were cited as theoretical foundations. The relationship between the yield of graphite and isotopic fractionation was proved by the relevant researches. Different calculation methods of graphite yield were compared, and suggestions for improvement were put forward. The factors influencing the yield of graphite in experimental processes were discussed.
