The equation of the effect of clarification at the station of lime application and carbonization by Loginov N.E., which doesn't consider important factors as considerable influence on adsorption kinetics was considered in detail in this work. Therefore on the basis of Fick's equation was removed the equation of speed of adsorption of unsaccharose substances by the calcium carbonate. The analysis of the equation of speed of adsorption allows to establish influence of factors, influencing on which it is possible to change efficiency of purification of juice.
