ALTERNATIVA METODOLÓGICA PARA FAVORECER EL TRABAJO INDEPENDIENTE COMO TAREA DOCENTE A TRAVÉS DE LA ASIGNATURA MATEMÁTICA FINANCIERA

El presente artículo se refiere al trabajo independiente como tarea docente en la carrera Licenciatura en Contabilidad y Finanzas de la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas de la Universidad de Holguín “Oscar Lucero Moya”, temática que requiere especial atención, por los requerimientos sociales que exige la profesión en la formación integral y el perfeccionamiento continuo del proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje. En la confección del marco teórico conceptual se tuvieron en cuenta diferentes etapas donde se valora el trabajo independiente y los fundamentos teóricos metodológicos del mismo con relación al proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje. Al diagnosticar el estado actual del trabajo independiente como tarea docente se caracterizó el programa de la asignatura Matemática Financiera, identificándose las potencialidades que ofrece esta materia para la aplicación de la alternativa metodológica encaminada a elevar la práctica eficiente de esta actividad docente. En el desarrollo de la investigación se asumió como basamento metodológico la dialéctica materialista, a través de la aplicación de métodos teóricos, empíricos y estadísticos. El resultado fundamental lo constituye la alternativa metodológica para favorecer el trabajo independiente, vía que permitirá contextualizar y actualizar a los docentes e incrementar la calidad en la formación de los profesionales de las Ciencias Contables y Financieras en el nuevo escenario del modelo económico-cubano.<p>PALABRAS CLAVE: trabajo independiente; tarea docente; métodos activos.</p><p>ALTERNATIVE METHODOLOGICAL TO FAVOR THE WORK INDEPENDENT AS TASK TEACHING ON THE SUBJECT FINANCIAL MATHEMATICS</p><p>ABSTRACT</p><p>This article refers to the work independent as task teaching in it career degree in accounting and Finance of the Faculty of Sciences economic of it University of Holguín "Oscar Lucero Moya". Thematic that requires special attention, by them requirements social that requires it profession in it training integral and the improvement continuous of the process of teaching learning. In the development of the research, was as basement methodological the dialectical materialist, through the application of methods theoretical, empirical and statistical.
