This study was conducted in April to June 2015 in The Department of Revenue Cities
Tidore Island, Northern Maluku. This research is done to find out about the value of
efficiency, effectiveness and economical than of budget revenue and spending on local
government Tidore Island City.
Local government efforts in exploring sources of funds from the region’s potential and the
ability to manage and utilize the existing funding sources is reflected in the budged revenue
and expenditure (budged). The budget has an important role as a means of stabilization,
distribution, allocation of public resources, planning and control of the organization and
performance assessment. Therevore the budget realization reports into one report financial
accountability is the main area.
This analysis using multiple analysis tools such as analysis of variance of income, the
degree of decentralization, regional financial dependencyratio, the ratio of the effectiveness
and efficiency of the PAD, analysis of variance, the ratio of spendingefficiency of
shopping, shopping area ratio to GDP.
The results showed that in 2014 the local government has implemented islands Tidore city
budget revenues and expenditures in an efficient, effective and economical in view of the
percentage obtained in accordance with the characteristics present on the analyzer.
