It was concluded that in the end the legislator has tried to be a mediator between the employer and the workers in order to seek to produce the most favorable legal consequences for both in this process of business transfer. As a proposal, it is suggested that the courts and other supervisory bodies continue to monitor these issues in order to maintain the meaning and scope of the legal norm in these cases of transfer of companies.http://ojs.revistaorbis.org.ve/index.php/orbis/article/view/315
