Summary:Many articles have been written on the Baldrige criteria and its success in improving organizational performance in various sectors of the economy. What is not as well discussed is the impact of the Baldrige Award experience on teaching and learning. The main objectives of this paper are to illustrate the impact of Baldrige consulting with specific cases, and to identify some of the success factors required to increase the likelihood that these synergies will be derived. To accomplish these objectives, a case study approach has been used to gather knowledge and address the research question.
