Especially to the IT industry-a knowledge-intensivearea,the facilitation of knowledge sharing among IT employees has become increasingly important.Thisstudy employs TPB model and a research by So C.F. (2006) to identify factors affecting the knowledgesharing intention of IT employees in Vietnam. By analyzing 265 samples collected from employees workingin IT companies in HCM City, the study showed that IT Operations Managementand Technological Infrastructure have an indirect effect on knowledge sharing intention through intermediary factors such as Attitude, Subjective Normand Perceived Behavioral Control.Based on thefindings, we made some recommendations to promote knowledge sharing intentionof Vietnamese IT employeesincluding (1) upgrading the IT Infrastructuresystem; (2) effectively managing IT Services; (3) creating a friendly and easy-to-use IS; and (4) providingIT employees with convenient conditions to help facilitate the effective knowledge sharing among them.
