Here, we report a rare case of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma tumours in the appendix and distal ileum in a non-immune compromised young male patient who presented with intermittent intussusception and pain in the right iliac fossa. A laparoscopic right hemicolectomy was performed and the patient recovered uneventfully.
