As a result, the needs, practices and opinions of those concerned by accessibility processes remain largely unknown, and the role and status of technologies in these processes remains ambiguous. Taking the musical experiences of deaf and hard of hearing audiences during a hip-hop festival, as an entry point, we question how digital technology participates in their singular musical experiences.
