Value of the soils is estimated on their bioproductivity, the income on 1 rouble of expenses, expenses for achievement of models of fertility of soils, an optimal condition of fields. The expediency of calculation of value of the soils taking into account weight of influence of the factors defining the price and degrees of their optimality for given soil-climatic and economic conditions is shown. |
