The skin flap is a transfer of skin or cutaneous tissue which still retain direct blood flow from the in situ position to a location directly adjacent to or close to the flap. There are various types of flaps which the use is regarding the anatomy and the surrounding tissue. A 60-year-old woman was diagnosed for basal cell carcinoma in the infraorbital.
