Where urban growth is defined as a set of phenomena, which offers geographical, economic, social and administrative advantages in terms of attraction and influence, the areas associated with them tend to suffer from population concentration and accumulation in productive activities and services. This results in social impacts on an economic, geographical and administrative scale in the region itself and its surroundings. Usually, growth sites in the city are places where development is feasible with the lowest possible costs on flat land and close to infrastructure services, especially transport corridors.http://sjsutst.polsl.pl/archives/2018/vol101/005_SJSUTST101_2018_Abid_Al-Khazraji.pdfurban corridorcity developmentspatial effect
