Building on Ricoeur’s reflections on the notion of person, we will examine its contribution to the complexity of the notion in contemporary philosophy and its implications in the different fields in which the law manifests itself today especially in the Consumer Law, Corporate and Personality Rights. We examine the route of the concept of person and of natural law and its developments in the field of law, throughout history, as well as the progressive enrichment of the understanding of man and the account of his life in the human community, so she expresses increasingly , the search for the rule of law, peace and justice in order to overcome the conflicts and paradoxes among third parties that characterize contemporary art society in various branches of law.
