Summary:Abstract: Thematic Learning of Global Warming and Their Effects on Students' Awareness. This study consists of two stages: development and quasi-experiment. The former stage focuses on developing the central themes of global warming into several sub-themes, including the syllabus and lesson plans, fol­lowing Kemp's Model, whereas the latter stage aims to verify the effects of thematic learning toward the development of students' awareness in addressing global-warming-related problems. Data were collected using a rubric in order to test the hypothesis using ANOVA, involving 118 fifth-grade students. The results show that thematic learning significantly influences students' awareness. Abstrak: Pembelajaran Tematik Pemanasan Global dan Kesadaran Diri Siswa Sekolah Dasar. Pembelajaran tematik dipandang sebagai pilihan tepat membelajarkan pemanasan global kepada siswa Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian dibagi dalam 2 tahap, yaitu tahap pengembangan dan tahap eksperimen. Peneli­tian pengembangan bertujuan mengembangkan tema sentral pemanasan global menjadi beberapa subtema untuk selanjutnya dikembangkan perangkat pembelajarannya dengan mengadopsi pengembangan Model Kemp. Penelitian eksperimen semu bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran tematik terhadap kesa­daran diri siswa dalam menyikapi persoalan pemanasan global. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan rubrik. Analisis data menggunakan ANOVA. Sebanyak 118 siswa kelas V terjaring sebagai sampel. Hasil peneli­tian menunjukkan pembelajaran tematik berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap kesadaran diri.
