The article considers the innovation component of the budget and economic mechanism of regulation of socio-economic development of Ukraine and the efficiency of the use of such state mechanism as budget expenditures. It makes the assessment of the structural changes in the economy of the country. It was found that the innovation stage of development is inseparably connected with the search of sources of financial resources and the rise of efficiency of the financial factors use.<br>В статье рассмотрена инновационная составляющая бюджетно-экономического механизма регулирования социально-экономического развития Украины, а также эффективность использования такого государственного инструмента, как расходы бюджета. Проведена оценка структурных сдвигов в экон��мике страны. Определено, что инновационный этап развития неразрывно связан с поиском источников финансовых ресурсов и увеличением эффективности использования финансовых рычагов.
