Multistage cluster sampling was used to select the sample. For this purpose, 40 students were selected after the screening and were randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups. Then 10 training sessions were conducted for the experimental group and the control group and did not receive any training. Pre-test and post-test were used for exam anxiety and academic resiliency questionnaires. the data were then analyzed using mixed analysis of variance. the results of data analysis showed that teaching spirituality-based curriculum and the teachings of Islamic religion had an effect on reducing academic anxiety and increasing students, academic resilience.http://qaiie.ir/article-1-465-en.html: academic anxietyacademic resiliencyspirituality and islamic teachingsstudents
