Knowledge management is an important business concept, incorporated in the business and organizational culture as serious participant in the world market. Since the modern consumer or customer service expect high quality products and services, it is necessary that the entities - the same bidders have timely information, knowledge and techniques required for the better serving their customers. Knowledge management systems are systems based on the information technology, which enables participants in the market knowledge and continuous learning.
