Summary:This paper aims to identify driven factors that affect employee motivation at Corporation for Development of Bien Hoa Industrial Zones (Sonadezi), and then evaluate employee motivation. The study was conducted using an appropriate model of employee motivation theory by Nohria and Groysberg (2008) and other theories on motivation and the 4-drive model as well as information from some foreign and local studies. The authors used qualitative method to complete the measurement and then quantitative approach to collect and analyze the data. The findings showed that the four drives to defend, to acquire, to bond, and to comprehend are all emotional drivers affecting Sonadezi’s employee motivation. Finally, some appropriate implications and suggestions were also proposed to inspire the company’s employee motivation
