To complete the primary data was also conducted desk studies on the results of studies of soy agribusiness system. Sampling of soybean farmers taken by purposively as much as 10 farmers as respondents in each district soybean development centers, namely Merauke, Jayapura, Keerom, Sarmi, and Nabire. Parameters: input-output farming, marketing as well as technical and economic constraints of farming. The data were analyzed descriptively, tabulation, and economic analysis. Results:soybean including crops commodity are less developed in Papua province, seen from the vast potential for development of soybean in terms of availability of land large enough, while demand is high enough, especially for raw materials processing industry. This suggests that there are opportunities for the development of the commodity market potential is quite large.
